Family of Professionals
Focusing on the patient's wellness and total quality of life, the Northbridge family of professionals is comprised of physicians, nursing, admissions, social services, therapeutic recreation, dietary, and rehabilitation services. These separate caregivers work together as a team, creating a care plan designed for the patient to meet their individual needs. Caring for the entire person includes more than medical care. Through extensive recreation programs and support services, Northbridge works to meet the social and emotional needs of our residents. All activities are geared to maximizing individual, family, and community involvement and interaction. The recreation programs, often bilingual, consist of activities such as:

Activities
Many new activities are available at Northbridge, including trips to Silverman's Farm, and attending restaurants for a fine dining experience.
